i was part of Infosys its a poor organization they promise you to give 4.5 but they will majority of your salary in variable and you will not receive the whole amount even after one quater. infosys lpo is working only on bloomberg which wont have any market value.you can ask from any employee or x employee. it will be like you are spoiling your growth.

I do not know much about internal work atmosphere of infosys. But one thing is always there that its a big company. And you will get many advantages of that. And Yes, they deduct a little more than other companies but instead of that they give various facilities too at a very nominal cost. Those facilities u wont get in pune in any other company, like, Gym, almost every indoor and outdoor game court, Lie insurance and medical cover. and many more
Yes, I also heard so, and they require atleast one year LPO experience. But I must say this a very nice opportunity in pune for lawyers.
