    LPO is not a law firm. It only helps law firms in providing legal support for the paralegal and other legal services, which are generally performed by paralegals and junior attorneys.

    In answer of how to start a LPO? I would say that it will go like this as to initiate this, you will at least need the following:

    * a management team that includes U.S. or U.K. qualified lawyers;
    * competent staff on the India side;
    * a structured training program, in which training is imparted in house; and
    * U.S. or U.K. attorney/solicitor supervision of the work undertaken by the Indian team.
